We sell all cars as-is, which means the buyer isresponsible for any and all repairs, according to the Ohio Buyer’s Guide (includes body, mechanical, frame and interior). We do our best to describe all vehicles as accurately as possible, but keep in mind that opinions may differ and that it’sthe buyer’s responsibility to inspect the car before bidding. We advise all bidders to get a third party to check out the vehicle if they can’t make it out themselves to ensure their complete satisfaction. This must be done before bidding. When you view the pictures of the vehicle, make sure you look at them on a large screen to ensure that you can see all attributes of the car. If the car starts and runs onto the truck, but it does not start at arrival, that is the buyer’s responsibility (cars may be damaged on a long, bouncy trip). Once the car is paid for, all buyers should put insurance on it because they now own the car. We will work with your shipper or you can call Mike, our shipper, for a rate at 970-300-1020. We leave all buyers positive feedback. All sales are final.

Thank you for looking at our classic Buick LeSabre convertible. We believe this to be a very special car. It was bought new by a gentleman in 1963 and he kept it up until last year. I bought it from the guy that bought it from him. After I purchased it, I had the brakes gone over. I put a brand new motor for the power top, which can be seen in the picture of the trunk, had an oil change and filter done, and a few more things to make the car run correctly, even though it was very driveable when I bought it. The car was probably painted 30 years ago, and it still looks good. The underneath of the vehicle, as seen in the pictures, is very very solid. This is definitely not a car that was driven in the winter.

It has a V8, automatic, power steering, power breaks, and starts, runs and drives excellent. The motor has a slight tick, which is normal for an older car like this. The mileage on the car has just exceeded 100K, so if you go back to 1963, its been driven less than 2000 miles per year. The body on the car looks exactly as it does in the pictures. The chrome looks good for being all original. As far as the interior goes, the backseat, the carpet, the dash and side panels are all fine. The original front seat has some splits. We did not bring it into an upholstery shop to try and fix it because the new owner may want to totally reuphoster the front seat, put on a seat cover, or just fix what's there. We want the buyer to see that they're buying an original car, not one that's redone and made to look good. The convertible top on the car looks real good and the back window is perfect.

Like I said earlier, the power top works perfect because the pump is new. It works off of the accessory switch on the dash. The transmission on this car is automatic, 2 speed. Reverse is straight all the way down, and then you bring it up one notch to low, then one more notch to drive. Then neutral and park. I also have all the original owners manuals for the car as seen in the pictures. The trunk is all solid without a spare tire. The two visors that go on the window need to be recovered, but they're sitting in the backseat, as seen in the pictures. There's also 2 hooks that hold the convertible top in place. One works perfect, then the other one (the clip) to close the top easier is broken. But the good news is, if you have trouble using it you can buy a new one on eBay for $135.

This car runs so well, if you only live around 500 miles away, you should have no trouble making a trip. I would not suggest driving any old car any farther than that, because it's not a new car, it's an old car. If you have the chance to stop by, drive and check it out personally, please call us. We'd like very much to show the car off to any potential bidders. If you're ready to put this classic car in your garage to drive it on warm summer nights, the auction will end Wednesday night.

GOOD LUCK TO ALL BIDDERS!
