1967 Buick Other GS Additional Info:

This Buick is a rare bird indeed: 1967 Special with GS upgrades! Special with GS Sedan-400 badging with a 455 mated engine. This buick has the 455 engine and 400 matching transmission ! This makes it a rare factory post car, about 1000 produced, compared to the no post car with roughly 10,000 produced.(automatic). The car has always been in a dry climate and the body and frame to even the smallest details attest to its being well cared for. This is a solid vehicle without the typical rust or any rust repairs needed and even comes with its original set of wheels and factory hubcaps (not on vehicle currently) which are also in excellent condition. We gave it its factory original color with protecting high grade clear coat (look under trunk lid and thats the original untouched paint). We also put in a brand new molded carpet kit and only needed to spruce up the other items of the interior. The engine bay is pretty much how we received it with its rebuilt motor and upgraded electronic ignition. This 455 roars like a lion!***Will include owners manual, brochures and books as shown. The original bumpers needed no chrome plating as they looked good as new. All the glass is excellent as expected. This car not only looks fantastic but it’s a joy to drive. We added a set of period correct (but not Buick stock) rally wheels and brand new all season radial tires. The only item which was missing in the interior was the original radio so we located an original one and installed (we did not wire it up however). The original seats are presentable and we are also including a N.O.S full frontand rear seat cover set in red color. The rear trunk area even sports the original factory liner and tire cover both in excellent condition as well as the entire trunk area, no repairs were needed whatsoever! Some minor details including a small crack in the passenger tail light were repaired with fiberglass resin as was a crack in the front grill. These items have been addressed. At the time of writing this description we are still looking for the key for the door locks but will come up with something possibly a locksmith to make a new key.If you have been looking for an excellent driver to take to the car shows you cant beat it. If you also are looking for a sound rock solid investment which will only go up in value then you found the right vehicle.Front and rear seat has had a previous repair. We are including a full set front and rear N.O.S seat covers (in red color) that will go with the car.***We will accept international bidders and gladly keep the car in a locked climate controlled garage until all arrangements can be made.***Please only bid if you are serious, and bidders with a ‘0’ rating or ‘Negative’ feedback please email before placing bids.***This is a 51 year old car that is amazing and was treated very well its entire life. Due to its 51 years old age, we only ask bidders who have not owned a classic before to just keep this fact in mind. Please ask any questions and we will respond as quickly as possible.***Please do not ask what the reserve is, its set below market.***Will store vehicle in locked climate controlled garage until shipping arrangements can be made by winning bidder.***PayPal deposit and Bankwire for remaining balance, if you have questions regarding payment please ask.
