1964 Buick Wildcat Additional Info:

***UPDATED AD: PLEASE READ WHOLE AD UNTIL THE END TO AVOID CONFUSION:
Up for sale we have a 1964 Buick Wildcat, like no other. It is factory equipped with a 401 CID Nailhead and auto transmission. The engine has approximately 1k miles on a recent refresh with new rings and bearings. Every mechanical part on this vehicle has been restored at some point. This vehicle is super reliable and has been driven across the country twice.
The car is has been completely rewired and upgraded with an aluminum radiator, electric fan, dual master cylinder power brakes. Also the previous owner added windshield washer system, for added convenience on those long highway trips.
It also has aftermarket air conditioning installed with functional heat as well.
For tunes the previous owner installed an aftermarket radio and a hidden speaker system along with a retractable antenna.
The paint on the body was done about 10 years ago and presents extremely well thanks to a recent professional 18 hour paint correction detail. The roof paint was done about three years ago. The body is very straight with no dents. There is very little to no body filler on this Buick, as she is solid. The paint does have some rock chips from its various long hauls and a few minor spots of clear coat failure, but overall it looks amazing. Pictures simply do not do this car justice. The car is virtually rust-free except for a soft spot in the trunk pan and a small bubble that has formed under the paint on the left rear quarter (that is not visible due to being hidden by the bellflower exhaust tip).
The exhaust is a brand new set up that is fully TIG'd and mandrel bent. It's tucked up hard to avoid scraping and fully removable if needed! It's like a work of art.
The interior has been completely redone some time ago and does show some signs of wear but overall is completely useable. Personally, if I were to keep the vehicle I'd throw a new carpet kit in it. The steering wheel was just metal-flaked purple also and looks pretty sweet!
It's rolling on new 15x7 Supremes (custom machined center hubs to fit on the Buick) wrapped in new 215/70R15 skinny whitewalls.
The vehicle was just lowered on new Moog springs and new lower ball joints to achieve a super low ride height, but still be completely drivable at 70mph comfortably. I had plans to install air ride but wanted to ride low for a while until I got around to it.
I'm sure I'm missing some details but I've tried to be descriptive and thorough. Please let me know if you have any further questions. More pics available.
Clean title in hand.

Well funny thing is I took it out for a spin tonight (3/24/18) and the engine developed a rod knock from the bottom end.
I was about a mile from my house when the noise started. We pulled over and verified oil level, no metal in oil, oil pressure was solid at 30 at idle and vacuum was good. We limped her home at just above cruising speed.
The engine has about 1000 miles on the re-ring and bearing replacement. Not exactly sure what happened as I haven't put it on my lift and pulled the oil pan.
The knock isn't heard at idle, only past 3K RPM it seems.Vehicle still runs and drives under its own power, but does have bottom end engine knock.
IF INTERESTED, I WILL FIX ENGINE ISSUE AND SELL VEHICLE ALSO - PLEASE INQUIRE IF INTERESTED.
WILL HELP ARRANGE SHIPPING IF NEEDED - WILL SELL WORLDWIDE TO SERIOUS BUYERS.

This item is also for sale locally and I reserve the right to end the auction at any time.
