1985 BMW 535i for sale.
Lowered suspension, aggressive look, very deep exhaust sound - a real head turner.
Powerful motor, good transmission.
Designed and made in Germany, so famous german quality is there.
Very reliable for it's age, and pretty low maintenance.Starts every time, runs and drives without problems.It's a 35 year old car, but i would be comfortable to take it on a cross country trip today.
Original paint, looks like never been in any accident, well maintained.Some surface rust spots, but nothing major. Really good condition for it's age compared to newer cars that rusted all over the place.
Engine mostly original. Exhaust system fully redone with new pipes and mufflers. Sounds great !!!All suspensionand brakes are redone and upgraded.
Electric system functioning fine, lights, door locks, windows, sunroof, seats. Air fans and heater works well. It's supplying hot air in winter.
Cruise control works, i use it all the time on longer trips.
AC is unknown condition. Car has a Computer Climate control system. Lights on the buttons are on, but it's not responding to the inputs. Components seams to be all there, but i could never figure out how to make it work.
Rims are aftermarket, but i have a set of original rims as well.
Clear coat started to chip in some areas. I don't want to repaint as i like the original color, so i'm planning to put a vinyl wrap on the hood, roof and trunk, to preserve an original color, and protect from the elements.
Selling because i had it for a while, i love it, but it's time for a change, so i'm looking for something different, another german car BMW or MB, maybe even older BMW. Open to trades as well.
Car has a clear PA title, still valid PA inspection, and ready to go to a new home.It's located in Lock Haven area in PA.
