1983 BMW 633 633CSi Additional Info:

Up for sale is an EXTREMELY nice 1983 BMW 633Csi. This car has had two previous owners and has rarely seen the rain! It has been garage kept and pampered all its life. It is rare to see such a fine example of what many consider one of the most classic BMW designs. It was nicknamed the "Shark" after it's aggressive looks and lightning fast performance.
I purchased this 633Csi from an owner's collection with the intention of making it a race car, but after going through the car, there is NO WAY I could do that. It is too nice a car! So I am selling at a very reasonable price.
As you can see in the pictures the paint looks very nice, much nicer than regular driver quality. It is the original paint so it is not perfect but looks awesome for it's age. Wheels are original and tires are new.
This car was heavily optioned including computer, sunroof, remote control mirrors, rear defrost etc. Electrically, everything in the car works except for the radio (It looks like a new aftermarket Alpine setup was installed, but not power was connected to it) and the rear windows do not go down (I was told it was the child safety switch that needs to be replaced). The speedometer just stopped working a couple of days ago. I have not had a chance to troubleshoot it but after doing some research it looks like an easy replacement of the speed sensor in the rear diff would fix the problem.
Mechanically, the car is incredible! It starts and runs great. I would not hesitate to drive it anywhere! New or recently replaced or rebuilt items include Mass Air Flow meter, Idle Air control Valve, Idle Air Control Module and Flasher relay. Car has plenty of power and is a complete joy to drive. Motor runs great with NO smoke, noises or any issues that I know of! The "Inspection" light is on in the dash. It comes on at 30,000 mile intervals and I have been told I could easily re-set it, but I didn't want to mess with it. The AC is all there and the compressor does engage, but the system needs to be charged. Brakes work great! All doors, trunk and hood close German solid! All the glass is nice, clear and original. All the body panels look original and as you can see from the pictures of the car on the lift the underside is super solid as well! Car has the original tool kit and original spare tire intact. The muffler is still the original!
Clean Title in my name!
I am NOT a dealer, just a car nut :)
I do have it advertised locally in Florida so I have the right to end the auction at any time.
I also have additional pictures and a video of the car if you email me I will send you a link.
This is a real time capsule and would make a great addition to any car collection!
May trade for late 60's early 70's Muscle car ONLY.
It is a beautiful car and I described it the best I could. I would HIGHLY recommend you look at the car in person or send someone to look at it for you.
The car is being sold AS IS WHERE IS. Buyer is responsible for shipping.
I have sold high dollar cars on ebay in the past so please feel comfortable bidding!

Thanks for looking!
