1989 BMW 3-Series Additional Info:

So, you wanted an E30 M3... BUT like myself, you probably waited too long. Now as we watch the weekend road course dominating days slip past we dare to dream of a car that could be had for even a 3rd of M3 money. Well, your day has come. This 89 E30 Bimmer has its place on the road handling daily driver duties, and has been properly built to handle an curve carving road courses, or the classic euro enduro races that have been dominated by this tank of a coupe! (Historically, Germans infamously knew a thing or two about tanks).
Showing 121000 miles, This M3 wanna be has had all the love and attention you could want to feel confident in your new ownership. It has lots of M sport details that really set it apart from other E30s.Things like; chrome bezel m sport gauge trim, Msport steering wheel, 5 spd Short throw shifter with Msport shifter knob and very nice high bolstered seats.
There have been a number of aftermarket modifications, all of which have really improved the handling, stance, and performance of this boxy bahn buster such as;H&R springs, new bilstein shocks, new clutch and transmission, cammed motor, new plug wires, new aluminum radiator, supersprint header, cat delete, and muffler. Along with new tires, and brakes and rotors. Though not brand new, I have included in the pictures a good view of the tires, wheels and brakes to judge condition for yourself. But the package handles excellent, with so pulling, no vibration at speed, or on brake application, no loose steering. Everything is tight a neat in regards to the handling.
Mechanically it is all there, weather you want a cool daily driver/ commuter car, a weekend road course warrior, or a cars and coffee conversation starter, you've got it! I have just replaced the oil pan and oil pan gasket. (look up that nifty little project). So the motor has no leaks, no squeaks or squeals at all.
The body is solid, with all the panels lining up very well, and no visible rust. Aside from the chip on the fender, the whole car shows well and defies its age. Though the paint is not perfect, the pictures tell a good story of the condition overall. The lower parts have all been undercoated with a durable textured matched coating as well and the underbelly of the car to prevent corrosion.
The interior has had quite a bit of love and shows. The seats are in great shape, with no rips or tears. The bolsters are holding up great! The Msport steering wheel is like new. The only shortcomings are the window switches are spotty at times. (I am including 4 or so working extras). And the speedometer can be notchy at times while on bumpy roads. From what I have gathered, some soldering talent can resolve that issue. (I'd probably just make it worse if I were to attempt that fix). On the good side of things in the cabin, are the climate controls all function GREAT! The AC will absolutely freeze you right out of the car, the vents, defroster and floor controls all operate properly, the fan speeds all work correctly, and the Heater will melt you to the seat!

The 325 is for sale locally, So if you are around the Michigan City, In area, I'd love for you to come check it out. I have video of the car for you as well, just call Bret at -219*877*4922-
