1984 BMW 3-Series Additional Info:

1984 BMW 318i First year of this series. I got this car from a retired lady here in my town. She said she owned it a long time. It was sitting for a few years without being driven regularly. She said she would start it up and let it run once in a while but the battery had died a couple years ago. I charged the battery and it fired right up. This car runs and drives really good. The suspension is tight. It's a 4cyl 5spd and is really fun to drive. The clutch and transmission work great. The engine runs very strong. Doesn't get hot. The oil looks new. It goes down the road very nicely. The brakes work good. No check engine lights or anything. The glass is good. The headlights, brake lights and blinkers work.(the wipers did and then didn't?). The speedometer and tach aren't working. The lady told me everything worked when she parked it and the miles were actual, so maybe it's a simple fix. The mileage is showing 109k but since its not working?? the true mileage is questionable and will be sold as unknown. The sunroof kicks up in the back easily. It felt a little jammed when I tried to open it up all the way so i didn't keep trying. The interior is pretty good overall with a couple tears in the seats and a couple cracks in the dash. No Major rust anywhere! Straight body with a couple tiny dings and paint peel(mostly the hood). Gonna need tires soon. The tags are good through June. Clear Oregon title. I drove this car off and on all week and around all day today (5/19/18)and it runs and drives really well. Check out the video. It is a great car for someone who wants a runner driver they can fix up. It is an older car and is Sold as-is, so ask questions prior. It could use a complete detail. It was hosed off for pictures but that was it. It looks to be a bone stock original car with no modifications what-so-ever. $500 deposit due within 24 hours of auction ending, balance due in 7 days. Cash, wire transfer or cashiers check from a major US bank. All funds must clear MY bank before vehicle leaves my possession.
