1958 Austin Healey 3000 BN-4 Additional Info:

1958 Austin Healey BN-4, 100-6.We are retiring, downsizing and moving out of state. So I have decided to sell one of my most prized possessions. For an older restoration, (early 1980's) the car has held up well, looks terrific and is in very clean condition. The paint does have some minor blemishes, chips, crazing in two small baseball sized spots and one or two small scratches. Overall the car shows great, runs strong, and is a very nice example of this vintage. It has the stock engine, 2639cc, dual carbs, and a Petronix electronic ignition has been installed. I replaced the original gas tank with an aluminum one. It has the 4-speed manual with over-drive. It comes with the original wires and Silverstone tires. There is a good spare and jack, and it comes with the original blue cover, Owner's Handbook. The lights and gauges work; the battery has just been replaced this week, along with the clutch master and slave cylinders. The fiberglass hardtop needs to be painted. It has small spiderweb cracking on the center top in an area about the size of a softball, but is in excellent condition other than that, and comes complete with the necessary clamping hardware. The underside of the hardtop is in very nice condition. You will notice that I did not install it for this listing, just placed it on the car for the eBay photos. It has a Sony radio and CD player system. Equipped with seat belts, hardtop, tonneau cover with metal supports, side curtains with clean plexi and mounting hardware, and a good soft top w/steel under carriage, along with the pair of plexi air shields, the car is ready for many more adventures. (The wooden knock-off wrench pictured in the trunk is no longer available.) Questions? 406-535-8500.
