PRICED TO SELL!! 5,000 UNDER MARKET VALUE, 5K ORIGINAL MILES, NE OWNER, TILL REGISTERED IN ORIGINAL OWNERS NAME! What a History on this beauty, lease read on:
What a rare find, as been in a storage container for over 40+ years! One of a kind classic, e the talk in the next car shows and everywhere you go. This is a great price for this one owner classic all original. This is a story you just hear of hoping someday you might be able to find a car in a cocoon.

This beauty was carefully put up in a storage container in 1973. Cracking open the container and finding her in her glory from what she was in the early seventy's. Was traded in at a local car dealer back in June 1973 from the original owner. The owner of the dealership later that year closed up, old off all of his cars but a hand full of the greatest cars he held on to. One of the containers had two 1964 Rambler 2 door 770 classics. One a standard two door post frame body and one was this beauty of a black two door sport coupe that a young engineer by the name of Dick Teague re-engineered making a limited number for 1964. He was hired in 1963 to change the image of the Rambler later named AMC to a more younger buying sportier cars ie AMX, AVELIN, ARLIN, CRAMBLER, TC. The 2 door sport coupe 770 went after the Malibu, omet, mpala more sportier style car. You can see around inside of this car just like if you were in a convertible. No blind spots!! Curved rear window no post sporty car. A lot cool extras only found in the Rambler cars. The caretaker of this car figured he would sell off his collection and enjoy the money from the collection instead of his siblings.

We took this all original carback to the shop and began taking it out of its comma. The dealer was smart enough to drain the fluids for its 40+ year rest. We have gone through the car and got it ready for the road again. Starting with the braking system and wheel cylinders. Complete fuel systems consisting of new fuel lines, ebuilt the fuel pump filters and a completely rebuilt carburetor done by professionals from a California shop. Gas tank was removed and por15 cleaned and sealed for life. Next installed new battery and complete tune-up (have original tune-up parts showing 1963 on the wires). Car started up with the original tune-up parts. Installed new Plugs, ires, ap, otor, apacitor, park plugs, ir cleaner etc.for reliability reasons.

All brand new white wall 15' tires mounted and high speed balanced on the original spoke rims. Went through the cranks on the windows getting them to move up and down again. Door locks, oor openings, ood opening etc. greasing and repacking. Car is super solid body with a couple of spots of surface rust nothing through the inner metal. Car was undercoated and sealed from the factory. See door plate picture. Patina perfect around the car all original paint showing wear through out with a lot of shine. She’s ready to go to the car shows in original condition from the 70s. It can only be original once.

Interior is in great shape with some cracking of cloth seats due to dry rot. Stitching dried up on visors, hings that wouldn’t hold up to 50 plus years. Needs very little to make the interior like new again. We installed new factory correct red carpet and front seat covers to freshen it up. Complete split 50 50 low back bucket bench reclining seats. Still has the red sparkle one piece front rubber floor mat in great condition.

Trunk still has the original spare and jack and mat. Trim is almost flawless for being 52 years old. Wouldn't take much to make this car like factory fresh again or just leave it alone. Runs and drives good needs some more tweaking to make it perfect. I left it this way so you can make it your own from here. Been doing this for over 40 years and never seen anything like this one before!! A 500.00 non-refundable deposit is due within 48 hours of auction close. Vehicle sold as is.

Thanks for looking..Scott
