This is a 1981 Alfa Romeo Spider Veloce. It has a 2 liter Spica Fuel Injected 4 cylinder motor with plex ignition.The car starts at the first turn of the key.It has a great idle and runs and drives nicely.It has a new head gasket, belts, hoses, alternator and battery.It has very nice red paint with black interior. It has a beautiful, like new Stayfast Cloth Convertible top with clear rear window. The side marker lights have been removed for a nice clean look. It has Carello Headlight Covers and the recesses are painted silver. It has European turn signal lenses on the taillights. There is a custom Alfa Serpent decal on the hood which gives the car a lot of character. A fiberglass front spoiler that is painted the color of the car. The original black bumpers are in good condition for their age. The car is very nice on the underside as well with no rust. It has 5 spoke alloy wheels with Sumitomo HTR 50H P225/50R15 tires. It has red performance springs and Koni yellow shocks all around. The windshield has been replaced at some point in the past, there is a scratch from old wiper on the passenger side. This can possibly be polished away by a good glass guy.The interior is tidy. It has the beautiful dished wood rimmed Hellebore Steering Wheel. The seats have no tears and the carpet was replaced at some point in the past. The black door panels appear custom made, the arm rest / door pulls are not original. The dashboard is covered in a dash cap and it has a small barely noticeable crack at back edge. The interior is very nice and clean, but it can use a little detailing; needs a lighter, rheostat switch for dash lights and a trunk opener lever. An oil pan guard also comes with the car but it is not installed.The State of Connecticut does not issue titles for older vehicles, this car will be sold with a Bill of Sale.The car is located in Litchfield County Connecticut.
